Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh), May 23 (IANS) Union Minister for Communication and Development of North East Region, Jyotiraditya Scindia on Saturday held a cordial and detailed meeting here with Hemant Khandelwal, the BJP chief of Madhya Pradesh.

The interaction, which lasted nearly one hour, took place at Nakshatra Garden in Shivpuri during Scindia’s visit to the district.

The two leaders shared breakfast and engaged in a constructive exchange that touched upon critical aspects of party functioning, public outreach, and the overall development trajectory of the state.

The meeting came at an important time when the BJP is focusing on strengthening its grassroots presence across Madhya Pradesh.

Both the leaders reviewed the current state of party organisation and explored ways to enhance coordination among various levels of the party structure. Particular emphasis was laid on ensuring active participation of workers at the booth level, which is considered the foundation of any successful electoral and governance strategy.

The conversation also highlighted the need for more effective dialogue with the public to better understand their concerns and aspirations.

Union Minister Scindia said that the BJP has always been an ideology-driven organisation where real strength lies in its committed and dedicated workers.

He pointed out that the pace of development could be significantly accelerated only when there is seamless coordination between the party organisation and the government machinery.

According to those present, Scindia underlined the importance of taking the welfare schemes of both the Central and State governments to the last person in society, ensuring that no section remains untouched by the benefits of governance.

The leaders also deliberated on several development projects currently underway in Madhya Pradesh and discussed upcoming organisational programs aimed at further empowering party workers.

Union minister Scindia expressed strong confidence that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, combined with the proactive role of the state party organisation, Madhya Pradesh would achieve new milestones in development.
