During his visit, Nabin will participate in a series of religious, social, organisational and intellectual engagements in Amritsar, Jalandhar and Ludhiana.

Sarin said Nabin will arrive in Amritsar on June 20 and begin his visit by paying obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib. He will also visit the historic Jallianwala Bagh, Sri Durgiana Mandir and Sri Ram Tirath Mandir to seek blessings and pay tribute to the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of Punjab.

In the evening, he will proceed to Jalandhar, where BJP workers and supporters will accord him a grand welcome.

On June 21, Nabin will participate in International Yoga Day celebrations at Lovely Professional University. Thereafter, he will travel to Ludhiana, where he will formally inaugurate the district BJP office on Dugri Road and hold an extensive mass meeting with sub-circle in-charges and senior organisational functionaries. In the evening, he will interact with industrialists and representatives from the business community.

Sarin further informed that on June 22, the BJP national President will meet Members of Parliament, former MPs, MLAs, former MLAs and youth representatives. A Youth Conclave and separate meetings with state office-bearers, district presidents and the state core group of BJP Punjab are also scheduled during the day.

Sarin said the visit of the BJP President will provide fresh momentum to the party’s organisational expansion in Punjab and strengthen the BJP’s outreach among various sections of society. He added that BJP workers across Punjab are enthusiastic about welcoming the national President and are fully prepared to make the visit a grand success.
