Consul General of India in Perth Kajari Biswas joined business and community leaders at the Australia India Business Council (AIBC)-Pink Leadership forum, highlighting the role of women leaders in strengthening Australia–India business ties and diaspora engagement.
According to the Consulate General of India in Perth, the forum featured a panel discussion titled “Unlocking Market Access, Strategic Partnerships, and Diaspora Connectivity: Connecting Australian Business with India Through Influential Women Leaders.”
The discussion explored ways to improve market access, foster strategic partnerships and leverage diaspora networks to expand trade and investment between Australia and India.
The panel comprised Dr Divya Jyoti OAM, Kristy Yow and Dr Jyothi Tegginamath in conversation with Dr Shital Julania. The speakers also discussed regulatory frameworks in Australia and India and their impact on trade, investment and entrepreneurship.
The Consulate General said the event highlighted the growing contribution of women leaders to advancing Australia–India economic cooperation and strengthening business and community links between the two countries.
