High Commissioner of India to Australia Nagesh Singh met senior representatives of Western Australia’s Mining Equipment, Technology and Services (METS) sector at a roundtable facilitated by the Minerals Council of Australia.
According to the High Commission of India, the discussions focused on expanding Australia-India collaboration in mining technology, innovation, critical minerals and sustainable resource development.
The roundtable provided an opportunity to discuss areas of cooperation between India and Western Australia’s METS sector, particularly in mining-related technology and innovation.
The engagement highlighted the potential for greater cooperation between Australia and India in critical minerals and sustainable resource development.
