The Consulate General of India (CGI) in Melbourne, in partnership with Vasudeva Kriya Yoga, recently organized a yoga and meditation session aimed at promoting holistic well-being. The event featured Rajendra Yenkannamoole, founder of Vasudeva Kriya Yoga, who demonstrated the benefits of incorporating yoga into daily life.
Yenkannamoole, who has been teaching yoga in Melbourne since 2004, emphasized that yoga transcends age, gender, physical ability, and religion, making it accessible to all. His classes are designed to accommodate any aspirant, aiming to benefit participants physically, mentally, and spiritually. Proceeds from his sessions support humanitarian charity projects, reflecting his commitment to community welfare.
