India’s Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Education, Jayant Chaudhary, met Queensland’s Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training, Ros Bates MP, to advance dialogue on areas of shared interest.
The discussions focused on expanding collaboration in education, mining, skill development, and entrepreneurship. Both sides emphasized tailoring training programs to meet industry demand while harnessing cutting-edge technologies to prepare a globally competitive workforce.
The meeting reinforced the growing momentum of India–Queensland engagement, with opportunities for stronger ties in innovation, workforce training, and economic cooperation.
