This month, staff from World Wellness Group participated in Multicultural Australia’s unconscious bias training, aimed at promoting awareness and equity in healthcare.
Through a real-life case study, open discussions and evidence-based strategies, the World Wellness Group team explored how to recognise and address bias in meaningful ways, reinforcing their commitment to inclusive and culturally safe healthcare practices.
Multicultural Australia’s Cultural Capability Training team expressed gratitude to World Wellness Group for inviting them back, continuing the learning journey that began in 2022. Both organisations emphasised the importance of partnerships that foster respect, equity and community connection.
