Australia India Institute CEO Lisa Singh delivered a talk at an event hosted by the Australian Institute of International Affairs (AIIA) Tasmania, focusing on the theme “The Rise of Middle Power Climate Diplomacy: An Australia–India Partnership.”

The session examined how middle powers are increasingly collaborating to address global challenges, particularly in the area of climate change. It emphasised the potential for Australia and India to work together in driving effective climate governance across the Indo-Pacific region.

The discussion highlighted the growing importance of strategic partnerships in tackling environmental issues and creating sustainable solutions at a regional and global level.
