The High Commission of India in Canberra, in collaboration with Vividh Arts and with the support of Canberra Hindi School, presented the Hindi play “Dashorang” in Canberra, celebrating the richness of Hindi language, theatre and culture.
The theatrical presentation brought the local community together for an engaging afternoon centred on Hindi and its cultural traditions.
The programme showcased the role of theatre in promoting Hindi language and cultural expression among the Indian community in Canberra. It also provided an opportunity for audiences to experience Hindi theatre in a community setting.
The event highlighted ongoing efforts by Indian cultural organisations and community institutions in Canberra to promote Hindi and preserve cultural connections through the performing arts.
