Consul General of India, Brisbane, Neetu Bhatotia, and Queensland Minister for Finance, Trade, Employment and Training Ros Bates MP addressed the India Australia Business & Community Alliance (IABCA) Queensland Welcome Reception and Panel Session at Queensland parliament.
The event was organised by IABCA and Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) to commence the IABCA India Immersion Week, held from September 22 to 25.
The panel discussion, facilitated by TIQ, focused on “Queensland-India: From Opportunity to Enterprise” and examined opportunities for strengthening business and economic engagement between Queensland and India.
The event brought together representatives from business chambers, industry, financial institutions, academia and community organisations.
The participation of government, business and community representatives provided a platform for discussions on potential areas of cooperation and the conversion of Queensland-India economic opportunities into enterprise and investment.
