The 90th Know India Programme (KIP), a two-week Government of India programme for young professionals of Indian origin, is scheduled to be held in India from October 18 to 31, 2026.
The programme is aimed at young members of the Indian diaspora aged 24 to 28 years, providing them an opportunity to reconnect with their roots and experience contemporary India.
The KIP will offer participants exposure to India’s rich cultural heritage, economic transformation, innovation and start-up ecosystem, scientific and technological advancements, and the country’s development journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
According to the programme information, eligible applicants include young professionals aged 24 to 28 years, Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs).
The programme is designed to provide young members of the global Indian community with an opportunity to gain a broader understanding of India’s culture, economy, technology and development.
