Residents in Bulla, Diggers Rest and Calder Park have been advised to take immediate shelter indoors as a large bushfire burns north-west of the Melbourne CBD.
Fire crews and aircraft are at the 110 hectare blaze on Bulla-Diggers Rest Road, the Country Fire Authority (CFA) advised.

The fire is burning in a southerly direction towards the Calder Freeway in Calder Park.
One home has been damaged in the blaze, with many other homes in the area now under threat.
Police have warned motorists to avoid Loeman’s Road and Bulla-Diggers Rest Road.
