Community leaders interact with new Indian Consul General in Melbourne

Melbourne, May 2 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

Members of the Telugu Association of Australia Inc. (TAAI) participated in a meet-and-greet event with newly appointed Consul General of India in Melbourne, Anish Rajan, at a gathering organised by the Australian Indian Community Charitable Trust (AICCT).

The programme brought together representatives and leaders from several Indian community organisations to discuss cultural engagement, community activities and opportunities for future collaboration.

During the interaction, TAAI representatives highlighted the association’s community initiatives, activities and vision while engaging with officials from the Indian Consulate and other community leaders.

The association thanked Feeration of Indian Associations of Victoria president Vasan Srinivasan for the invitation and also acknowledged the participation of HSM president Usha Gullapalli and other community representatives.

Organisers said the event helped strengthen networking and engagement among multicultural community organisations in Melbourne.
