MOTORISTS can expect major delays on the M1 northbound after a car crashed into a guardrail near Oxenford.
Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics are transporting a female patient to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
Traffic is crawling in all four lanes between Oxenford and Pacific Pines near Exit 57.
Earlier, a car swerved off the road and crashed into a boundary fence before hitting a parked car at the Robina Hospital about 10am.
Emergency services including police, paramedics and fire services were called to the crash at Bayberry Lane.
A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said they did not need to assist as a doctor was already on the scene.
