Perth, July 11 (Australia India News Newsdesk)
The spirit of Navratri arrived early in Perth as the Indian community gathered for a vibrant pre-Navratri celebration attended by Consul Naresh Kumar.
The highlight of the evening was a dynamic performance by popular Garba artist Aishwarya Majmudar, who captivated the audience with her energetic stage presence and traditional folk tunes. The event brought the community together in a joyful celebration of music, dance, and cultural unity.
Consul Kumar commended the organisers for preserving and promoting India’s rich cultural traditions in Australia. The evening served as both a cultural showcase and a festive kick-off to the upcoming Navratri season, which continues to be a cherished celebration among Indian diaspora communities.
