This is to let you know that GCHCA is planning to have a Public Information and consultation meeting on Friday the 20th of January 2017 at 8.00 pm. We invite all of you to participate in the Bajan at 7:15pm and the meeting after that. The venue is, Helensvale Community Hall, No 31, Discovery Drive, Helensvale.
In 2017, we would like to begin the construction of the Gold Coast Hindu Education and Cultural Precinct. An update on the progress of the work will be presented. It also provides an opportunity to consult with you all and the wider community on our proposal and strategies for fund raising towards meeting the Association’s objectives.
We appreciate if you could RSVP by return email by Thursday, to facilitate catering and venue arrangements please.
