He’s at forefront of taking Gujarat to new heights: PM Modi’s birthday wishes to CM Bhupendra Patel

New Delhi, July 15 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday extended birthday greetings to Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and prayed for his long and healthy life.

Bhupendra Patel was born on July 15, 1962, in Ahmedabad. He started his political career working in municipal bodies of Ahmedabad. He is currently serving as the 17th Chief Minister of Gujarat and representing the Ghatlodia Assembly constituency.

In a post on X, PM Modi said, “Best wishes to Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel on his birthday. He is at the forefront of taking Gujarat to new heights of development and ensuring that the aspirations of the people are fulfilled. Praying for his long life and good health.”

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, extending greetings to Patel on his birthday, said, “Heartfelt birthday wishes to the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendra Patel ji. Under the guidance of Modi ji, you are playing an important role in continuously advancing Gujarat’s journey of development. May Lord Somnath Mahadev bless you with excellent health and long life; this is my prayer.”

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also wished Patel on his birthday and lauded his “progressive vision”.

“Warm birthday greetings to Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendra Patel ji. Guided by a progressive vision, he has been working tirelessly to accelerate Gujarat’s growth and strengthen the spirit of good governance. Wishing him good health and many more years of dedicated service to the people,” Singh said in a post on X.

Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, taking to social media, said, “Heartfelt birthday wishes to Gujarat’s Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Bhai Patel Ji. I pray to God for your excellent health, long life, and a blissful life.”

BJP National President Nitin Nabin also took to social media and wished the Gujarat Chief Minister on his birthday.

“Heartfelt birthday greetings and best wishes to the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Bhupendra Patel Ji. I pray to God for your excellent health, long life, and a successful public life,” Nabin said.
