ICICI Prudential AMC Q4 profit falls 16.7 pc sequentially to Rs 763 crore

Mumbai, April 13 (IANS) ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company on Monday reported a 16.76 per cent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) decline in its net profit for the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY26.

The company’s net profit came in at Rs 763.42 crore for Q4 FY26, down from Rs 917.09 crore in the December quarter (Q3 FY26), according to its stock exchange filing.

However, on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, profit rose 10.37 per cent compared to Rs 691.71 crore reported in the same quarter last financial year (Q4 FY25).

Revenue from operations grew 19.53 per cent YoY to Rs 1,517.01 crore during the March quarter, up from Rs 1,269.19 crore in Q4 FY25.

On a sequential basis, revenue remained largely flat, inching up 0.15 per cent from Rs 1,514.67 crore in the previous quarter.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per equity share for FY26, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The company said the dividend will be paid to eligible members after approval at the AGM.

Operationally, the company continued to witness strong growth in its asset base and customer count.

Its mutual fund quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) rose to Rs 11,047.87 billion in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 8,794.12 billion a year ago, taking its market share to 13.5 per cent.

Actively managed funds QAAUM stood at Rs 9,206.15 billion with a market share of 13.7 per cent, while equity and equity-oriented schemes contributed Rs 6,204.01 billion.

Equity-oriented hybrid funds also saw growth, with QAAUM rising to Rs 2,177.97 billion and a market share of 26.7 per cent.

The company’s alternate assets segment reported QAAUM of Rs 729.95 billion, including portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, and advisory assets.

ICICI Prudential AMC also saw an increase in its investor base, with total unique customers rising to 1.7 crore as of March 31, 2026, up from 1.46 crore a year earlier.

Monthly systematic transactions for March 2026 stood at Rs 51.04 billion, compared to Rs 39.06 billion in the same month last year.
