Patna, June 15 (IANS) The controversy surrounding the dispute between coaching institutes in Patna deepened further on Monday after Raushan Anand, following his release from Beur Jail, levelled a series of serious allegations against educator Faisal Khan, popularly known as Khan Sir, during a press conference held at his Gyan Bindu Coaching Institute.

Anand claimed that while he was lodged in Beur Jail, two security guards associated with Faisal Khan were also sent to the same prison and allegedly attempted to kill him inside the jail premises.

He alleged that his life was saved only due to the timely intervention of jail authorities.

According to Anand, on June 13, one of the guards allegedly pressured him to reach a settlement and warned him of serious consequences if he refused.

He linked those alleged threats to the subsequent death of his brother, Prince Yadav, in Nepal.

Addressing the media, Raushan Anand repeatedly alleged that the death of his brother was not natural but part of a larger conspiracy.

He accused Faisal Khan and R.S. Prasad of plotting both his imprisonment and the alleged murder of his brother.

Roshan Anand claimed that nothing had happened to Prince Yadav while he was outside jail, but events took a tragic turn after he was incarcerated.

He demanded a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe and called for a fresh post-mortem examination into the death.

Authorities in Nepal are already investigating the circumstances surrounding the death after the body of Prince Yadav was recovered from a hotel room in Biratnagar, Nepal, under suspicious circumstances.

During the press conference, Roshan Anand further alleged that Faisal Khan was receiving political protection and claimed that this was the reason police had not arrested him despite allegations related to firing and conspiracy.

He alleged that large sums of money had been spent to ensure his imprisonment and claimed that influential individuals were shielding Khan Sir.

However, he did not publicly name any politician.

Roshan Anand also alleged that the landlord associated with the coaching premises supported Faisal Khan because of financial dealings. He claimed that there should be an investigation into alleged financial transactions and assets linked to the matter.

After securing bail in the case linked to the June 2 attack and vandalism incident at Khan Global Studies, Roshan Anand went directly from jail to his coaching institute, where large numbers of students had gathered.

Supporters raised slogans against Faisal Khan and in support of Raushan Anand as he addressed the media.

Meanwhile, grief engulfed Dhamsaina village in Saharsa after the body of Prince Yadav arrived at his ancestral home.

Family members, particularly Prince Yadav’s mother, strongly rejected claims that he suffered from illness or substance use.

She maintained that her son was healthy and alleged that his death resulted from a conspiracy linked to the ongoing dispute.

She further claimed that she had been prevented from speaking to her son after the morning of the incident and was repeatedly told by those accompanying him that he was asleep after taking medicine for a fever.

The ongoing controversy involving Khan Global Studies, the earlier stone-pelting and firing allegations, Raushan Anand’s arrest, and the suspicious death of Prince Yadav has become a major issue of public discussion across Bihar.

Police investigations in India and Nepal are continuing, while demands for higher-level probes into both the coaching dispute and Prince Yadav’s death are intensifying.
