Honour recognises dedication to Hindi language and cultural preservation in South Australia

Divya Pandey, Principal of Saraswati Community School, has been selected as a finalist for the Senior Volunteer Award at the Governor’s Multicultural Awards 2025, in recognition of her longstanding service to the community.
The Vishwa Hindu Parishad of Australia’s South Australia chapter shared the achievement, noting that the honour reflects her commitment to promoting the Hindi language, Indian culture, and heritage across the state.
Under her guidance, Saraswati Community School has developed into a key institution for cultural education, supporting young learners in maintaining a strong connection to their linguistic and cultural roots.
Her contributions have played a significant role in strengthening the Indian community while also enriching South Australia’s diverse multicultural environment.
