Patna, May 9 (IANS) Anand Kumar, the renowned educator behind the iconic Super 30 initiative, has officially launched his ambitious digital education platform, “Super Infinity.”

The platform went live at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, accompanied by a cinematic animated video that quickly gained traction across social media, drawing strong reactions from students, parents, and educators.

“Super Infinity” is designed to go far beyond conventional online classes. It aims to make mathematics engaging through storytelling, visually rich using animation, and memorable with music and real-life connections.

Instead of rote learning, the platform focuses on helping students experience mathematics—linking it to nature, music, and everyday life.

During the launch, Anand Kumar explained the deeper motivation behind the initiative.

“Every year, only 30 students can be selected for ‘Super 30’. But what about the millions of other dreams? ‘Super Infinity’ is the answer,” he said.

He described the platform not just as a product, but as a movement to democratise quality education, especially for students who lack access to resources.

“A key highlight of Super Infinity is its global ambition. Content will gradually be available in multiple international languages. It aims to reach students beyond India and targets learners from diverse backgrounds and economic conditions,” he said.

“The platform is also expected to benefit teachers seeking innovative teaching methods, parents supporting children’s education, and math enthusiasts exploring the subject creatively,” he said.

For nearly three decades, Anand Kumar has been a transformative figure in Indian education. His “Super 30” programme has helped hundreds of underprivileged students secure admission into prestigious institutions like the IITs.

His journey also inspired the Bollywood film ‘Super 30’, which brought his story to a global audience.

In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded the Padma Shri in 2023.

With “Super Infinity,” Anand Kumar is attempting to scale his mission from dozens of students to potentially millions worldwide.

By combining technology with creativity and purpose, the initiative seeks to redefine how mathematics—and perhaps education as a whole—is experienced.
