Melbourne, June 6 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

Lisa Singh, Chief Executive Officer of the Australia India Institute, addressed an audience in New Delhi on the recent Australian election and its broader impact on relations with India. Speaking at the Melbourne Global Centre – Delhi alongside Dr Manish Dabhade, Singh explored the dynamics of Australia’s electoral process, Labor’s electoral success, and emerging trends in bilateral cooperation.

The event also featured remarks by Australia’s Deputy High Commissioner to India, Nick McCaffrey, who highlighted the importance of continued strategic and people-to-people ties.

The lecture formed part of the Institute’s ongoing efforts to foster informed public discussion around Australia-India engagement in political, economic, and cultural spheres.
