Perth, July 14 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

The Federation of Indian Associations of Western Australia Inc. (FIAWA) leadership, led by Patron Atul Garg and Chairperson Eipe Chundamannil, recently called on Consul General Kajari Biswas in Perth to brief her and Consul Naresh Kumar on the association’s community activities and outreach efforts.

During the interaction, the FIAWA team shared updates on their initiatives aimed at fostering cultural unity, promoting social welfare, and strengthening community engagement among the Indian diaspora in Western Australia. They also discussed their plans for future events designed to deepen community ties and enhance connections with the wider Australian society.

Consul General Biswas appreciated FIAWA’s ongoing contributions to community-building and its active role in promoting cultural exchange and strengthening India-Australia relations at the grassroots level. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to continued collaboration between the Consulate and community organisations to support cultural promotion, community welfare, and people-to-people engagement in the region.
