In a vibrant celebration of the International Day of Yoga 2025, young students from the School of Malayalam Language Inc took part in a special yoga session, recently organised by the Consulate General of India in Perth. The session, led by instructors from Sky Yoga, offered the young participants an engaging introduction to yoga, focusing on both its physical benefits and mental well-being.
