TAAI ‘s Maitreya session focuses on health, diet and well-being

Expert talk links lifestyle habits with practical health insights

Melbourne, April 12(Australia India News Newsdesk)

 The Telugu Association of Australia Inc. (TAAI) conducted a Maitreya session featuring Dr Mahesh Bandarupalli, delivering an informative and interactive discussion on health and lifestyle.

The session explored the connection between health principles and Indian/Telugu dietary habits, offering practical guidance to participants. Dr Bandarupalli addressed common myths and provided useful, actionable insights that were well received by the audience.

Nirmala Gangireddy also shared her personal journey, adding a meaningful real-life perspective to the discussion and enriching the overall experience for attendees.

The organisers acknowledged the efforts of community members who contributed to the successful conduct of the session, including coordination, arrangements, and participant engagement.
