TAQ’s Femisphere event focuses on women in leadership

Panel discussions explore challenges, resilience, and pathways to empowerment

The Tamil Association Queensland (TAQ) successfully concluded its Femisphere event centred on the theme “Women in Leadership and the Challenges They Navigate,” bringing together a diverse panel for an engaging exchange of ideas and experiences.

The session featured speakers who shared personal stories, practical insights, and reflections on their leadership journeys. Discussions highlighted key themes such as overcoming barriers, building resilience, and navigating real-world challenges, encouraging meaningful engagement among attendees.

The event stood out for its open and authentic conversations, offering varied perspectives on leadership pathways. Participants benefited from a supportive environment that promoted dialogue, connection, and mutual learning.
