Ayurveda for Wellness series begins with support from Indian Consulate

The Federation of Indian Associations of Western Australia (FIAWA) recently launched its ‘Ayurveda for Wellness’ series, with the first session attended by Acting Consul General Naresh Kumar.
The session was led by Neerja Ahuja, Principal Consultant and Director of the Ayurveda Awareness Centre, who shared insights on integrating Ayurveda into daily life for improved health and well-being. Held as part of FIAWA’s ongoing community wellness initiatives, the event aimed to promote awareness of India’s ancient healing tradition and its relevance in modern lifestyles.
The presence of the Acting Consul General underscored the Consulate’s support for holistic health practices and its engagement with the Indian community’s cultural and wellness interests in Western Australia.
