Perth, June 22 (Australia India News Newsdesk): Members of the Federation of Indian Associations of Western Australia (FIAWA) came together in Perth to celebrate the International Day of Yoga, with community members of all ages participating in a series of yoga sessions promoting health, mindfulness and well-being.
The celebration featured guided yoga and stretching exercises conducted in a spacious indoor venue, where participants practised a range of asanas and breathing techniques in a calm and inclusive atmosphere. The programme attracted families, senior citizens and yoga enthusiasts, reflecting the growing popularity of yoga within the Indian community in Western Australia.
