One thing everyone needs to do is keep safe, follow instructions from the government, and stay at home as much as possible. Everyone also needs to look into the kind of content they are watching on the regular media and social media.
Mental health and wellbeing is also very important during a crisis of like this. It is the time to share the positive stories and create an environment of support, love and positivity. Support the less fortunate and vulnerable members of the community, including the international students who might need help, being alone in a foreign land.
Build resilience using the traditional methods including meditation, yoga and modern methods like exercising, etc. Remember, even though we are going through one of the worst times we have seen in living memory, but this bad time will pass.
