Sydney, June 5 (Australia India News Newsdesk)

Women entrepreneurs, professionals and community leaders came together at the Consulate General of India in Sydney for The Women’s Circle, a networking and leadership event aimed at fostering meaningful connections and professional collaboration.

Organised by the Consulate General of India in partnership with The Big LEAP, the gathering provided a platform for women from diverse industries to engage in thoughtful discussions, exchange experiences and build relationships that support personal and professional growth.

The event was addressed by Consul General Dr. S. Janakiraman, who welcomed participants and acknowledged the increasingly important role women are playing in shaping businesses, driving innovation and contributing to community development.

Attendees included founders, business owners, professionals and leaders involved in sectors ranging from entrepreneurship and innovation to professional services and community initiatives.

Organisers described the programme as an opportunity to move beyond conventional networking by encouraging authentic conversations and creating an environment where participants could share insights, challenges and success stories.

The discussions focused on leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation and the evolving opportunities available to women across a range of professional fields.

Participants also explored ways to strengthen support networks, encourage collaboration and create pathways for future growth and mentorship.

The event reflected the increasing prominence of women-led enterprises and initiatives within Australia’s multicultural business landscape and highlighted the value of inclusive leadership in driving positive change.

By bringing together accomplished professionals and emerging leaders, The Women’s Circle sought to inspire new ideas, partnerships and opportunities for engagement across sectors.

The gathering concluded with a renewed commitment to supporting women’s leadership and creating forums that encourage dialogue, collaboration and professional advancement within the broader community.
