The Consulate General of India in Perth, in partnership with Anantha Australia, Sacred India Gallery, Chinmaya Mission Perth, and ISKCON, hosted a compelling event titled ‘Forbidden Archaeology: Consciousness and the Origins of Humanity’, featuring a keynote address by renowned scholar Dr Michael Cremo.
Known for his pioneering work in alternative archaeology and Vedic science, Dr Cremo delivered an insightful presentation examining the intersection of ancient Indian wisdom and modern scientific thought on consciousness and the origins of human life.
The event included a stimulating panel discussion with Swami Aparokshananda, Dr Sadhana Bose, Pavan Sanagavarapu, and Dr Cremo himself. Together, they explored themes from the Puranas and Vedic literature, shedding light on how these ancient texts offer valuable perspectives in current debates on consciousness, spirituality, and human history.
